Can I place my Holiday Collection order at a Staples retail location?

Yes, visit your local Staples store and speak with a Copy & Print Center Associate.

What product categories do you offer?

We offer a complete collection of personalized holiday products including greeting cards for personal and business minded gift giving, imprinted gift chocolates, wall calendars, pocket planners and many other sentiments for the holidays.


How do I request samples of your products?

To request a live sample, click on the individual item. This will bring you to the next screen which has a larger image for viewing. At the bottom of this page, please click on Send me a sample of this product. You may also call a Staples Print Consultant to request live samples.

Placing My Order

What are your ink color options?

We have the following ink colors to choose from: pms 185 red, pms 347 green, reflex blue, black or pms 1955 burgundy. Silver or gold are available when advertised. Cards on dark stock can only be imprinted in foil.


What are your charges for foil ink?

We offer foil imprinting at no extra charge!


What are your envelope options?

We offer free imprinted envelopes with every order (with the exception of custom photo cards). You can select regular envelopes or Peel and SeelTM. Peel and SeelTM envelopes are $.20 extra per envelope. The Peel and SeelTM envelopes are available on the foil lined envelopes only, not the unlined.


What if I need extra envelopes?

One extra non-imprinted envelope is included with every 25 imprinted envelopes ordered.

All envelopes (imprinted & non-imprinted) can be sold separately. Please call a Staples Print Consultant at 1-877-436-6680 for further information and pricing. Consultants are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. E.T.

How do I check on the status of my order?

How do I cancel my order?

An order may be cancelled if it has not yet gone into production. Please call 1-877-436-6680, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. E.T, to see if your order can be cancelled.


What is your return policy?

We stand behind our no fault 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Please call a Staples Print Consultant at 1-877-436-6680. Consultants are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. E.T. We encourage contacting us as soon as you discover a problem, as the product you are purchasing during the holiday season is seasonal and we want to ensure we can replace your order in a timely manner for holiday mailing.

Can I upload my own artwork or design?

Yes, you are able to if you use the most recent version of Internet Explorer, AOL or Netscape as your browser. You may upload your own artwork, logo or photograph. Click on the "Use Your Own Logo" button and follow the simple instructions. You may also mail your artwork (solid black & white artwork is preferred).

Can I view a proof before I place my order?

Yes, you can click on "Preview" and receive a low resolution image that is perfect for viewing online. You can review the image with business associates or friends and then place the actual order during the same session.

Shipping & Delivery

What is your shipping & delivery policy?

Delivery is FREE via UPS Ground Service on all orders from this website.

The majority of items sold will be processed and shipped in 5 business days unless otherwise noted. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays. Please allow additional time for delivery.

Expedited shipping is available as an option on all orders. One Day Air is $60.00. Two Day Air is $30.00.

The processing timeframe noted above applies to orders that have been reviewed, received credit and coupon approval and for which product availability is confirmed.

Staples delivers to street addresses (not PO boxes or APO/FPO), in the U.S., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and Hawaii.

Products may be delivered in different shipments.
